What do you like best?

auto photo upload. easier to read and reply to texts on screen than phone as no phone signal at office desk, phone sits in next room, in signal area, text then comes to computer.. that's not in signal area.

What do you dislike?

When it stops working, there is no support, informs 75 texts sent in 8 days. and I am blocked from sending any, when only 16 were sent, the others failed to send, yet counted in the 75. poor form. NO I don't want to pay to upgrade to Pro, when the free version is failing me. no I don't need to upgrade my OS on my phone. just respond to emails or messages please and fix the problem.
