Advanced user of Microsoft WhiteboardWhiteboard is pretty useful if you are already using other Microsoft products like Microsoft Teams and OneNote because of the integration across these different products. It's also "free" in that it comes with your subscription to Microsoft 365 unlike similar whiteboarding tools like Mural and Miro (you need to be a paying member for these platforms). At least the desktop app version offers a lot of functions that these other apps provide, like postits, drawing, inserting images, etc. What's also cool is the magic wand.
Some functions that are available on platforms like Miro and Mural are not available - you can't adjust the size of sticky notes, you can't insert things like icons easily, you can't insert frames and create templates... the list goes on. If you want to do advanced whiteboarding, Whiteboard comes short
Think about your organization's needs for whiteboarding - if it's going to be just for basic things (inserting texts, putting stickies etc) you probably don't need Miro or Mural. You can just do fine with Whiteboard
whiteboarding, brainstorming, ideating, analyzing qualitative data - these are all "problems" that Microsoft Whiteboard can help solve
