Relatively easy to navigate the system and get the information you need
Easy to see utilizations/schedules of charged/non-charged/booked hours
A bit tricky when figuring out how to schedule Paid Time Off for the first time- confusing terminology, plus if you don't write in the notes section of the booking "PTO has been approved by manager," it will be automatically rejected (but you don't get notified that you need to do this until your booking is initially rejected)
