What do you like best?
I like that appointments are added to my calendar directly and that it gives me the option to look up members of my organization by name. I also like that I have the option to delete a sent message from a recipient's mailbox.
What do you dislike?
It runs really slow and it's difficult to organize/filter out messages into different folders. I would like messages with certain subjects to be automatically sent to a specific folder when they get to my inbox but for some reason, I can't do that. I'm unsure if this is because I don't know how to use the app well or if it is just not possible. I also don't like that it sometimes saves multiple copies of the same email draft over and over again. Meaning, when I start to draft an email and come back to finish it later without closing out the original browser, clicking on the draft link will redirect me to a whole new window instead of just opening the draft that I left open in the first place.

Maybe test it out for a trial period and learn if it is the right software for your organization.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of the benefits of using this software is that it is easy for me to get access to a colleague's contact info by just looking them up in the organization's contacts. As long as I have an email or partial name I can find who I'm looking for which is nice.
