MetricStream Operational Risk Management

What do you like best?

Level of integration of all components of the GRC system (e.g. ability to tie loss events, with risk issues, processes etc.).

I am an M6 user, we are in the process of migration to M7: MetricStream has been very good so far in supporting the migration.

What do you dislike?

I am an M6 user. The GUI is somewhat antiquated however we are migrating to M7 which has a much more modern GUI (have not yet used it in true production mode).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The application has allowed us to streamline and standardize loss event recording and metrics data collection globally.

We plan on expanding our use to new modules (RCSA and others) and expect the value of the solution, as an integrated GRC, to augment as a result.
