What do you like best?
It allows us to look at our season availability and decide if we need to make changes or adjust our inventory to plan for a change that we didn't previously forecast or see in our planning.
What do you dislike?
We have multiple other programs that are use within the company that don't work well with MFM but we are hoping that as we move forward we can look into a cooperative adjustment to make sure we are all seeing the same plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While we did see an increase in sales and were able to reduce our inventory overhead we would suggest that you be patient when trying any new program or application when you are switching away from something your employees have used for many years the change can sometimes be jarring for those that are reluctant to see new opportunities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were attempting to create more sales and reduce inventory overhead after the COVID crisis created a mass overhead in Spring apparel that we were not able to sell due to the store closures. It helped as we approached our bigger fall sales and as we move forward into Holiday sales in hopes of achieving our black.
