What do you like best?

Uncommonly easy to quickly gain proficiency in the system.

What do you dislike?

There is no field for doctors to enter an "assessment," which is the most important part of any doctor's note.

More important: When medication orders expire, the notification to the doctor is so subtle that it's easy to miss--in our institution, several patients have suffered permanent harm because the system automatically stopped essential medication in ways the doctor couldn't notice, then the patients stopped receiving the medication, and then the patient suffered (in more than one case) permanent harm.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One good thing: It's quick to write a note. (Of course, if you don't write an "assessment," it's a terrible note, but it makes it quicker to write.)
