What do you like best?

We needed a platform to would let us integrate lyrics from our song collection and hymnal while allowing us to to have a very fluid unfolding of our programs. Media shout let's all do all these things and more.

What do you dislike?

To run at full capacity you need a fairly descent computer. We are currently using it remotely due to the current situation and not all our operators are able to have it run smoothly on their systems even though they have the minimum requirements.

I also wish the UI was more customisable and some feature would but more handy instead of having to open new windows everytime.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Media shout ads more flexibility to our workflow. it is saving us a great deal of time by letting us create different templates for the diverse type of programs we are doing. We re involved in worship service, bible study and many different types of formations and trainings; We are able to plan every point from scratch right within Media shout. It even has a feature where it will build your sermon for you.
