Advanced user of MEDENTI started with iKnowMedGen2 system and switched to this one. Such an Easier system with quick learning tools and features. One of the best EMR systems next to EPIC's system. I would most definitely recommend this system to users looking for an EMR system that is easy to navigate and quickly learned.
Sometimes that it will close especially when working with a VPN connection. At times Medent will have a popup stating it may not be formatted with our operating system when trying to log in. We've completed an update and it still happens. Not really sure how to fix it but it doesn't cause connection issues. It's just a tad bit annoying and this just started happening fairly recently.
I feel that it is an easy system to learn how to use.
Remembering to always keep the most updated version of MEDENT is the best thing that you can do.
