To get an upgraded version, they make you pay for it. I would prefer the software to remain free because there are other ones you can use free of charge.
If your looking gor an easy to use a firewall with simple instructions and informative feedback on your system, you should definitely try it out. The evaluation period is free but i ended up buying it because it allows me to use my laptop with ease of mind that im not downloading or letting in any malware.
It protects your desktop from viruses and shows you in a simple bar graph where the "junk" os and then cleans it up. very quickly as well
