Typically, asking and providing feedback is a painful process despite how critical feedback is to growth minded professionals. Matter takes all the pain away and delivers actionable feedback to the user.

What do you dislike?

At the moment, Matter is free. I'd feel more comfortable using Matter if I was paying. It would make me feel like I had better control over my data.
