What do you like best?
Ease of use would definitely be #1. 24/7 customer service would be #2. I've used at least 8 other email service providers and I have to say Maropost is the easiest as well as the best. Easy content builds, lists, tables and segments. Deployment in a snap. Their customer service is incredible. I've never waited in a queue for longer than 3 minutes. They help quickly and if they can't they bump it up to someone who can.
What do you dislike?
If I were to "dislike" something, I would say it is the upgrades they put into place without letting me chose to use the "older" version. Once I get used to the upgrades I am glad I did use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Reporting is great. Us, as well as our clients, like the quick export of reports and the metrics we are able to view. That plus working on popups, forms, journeys all lead to me really enjoying this platform
