What do you like best?
We don't know what we don't know! With some policy setup we start to learn what we don't know and can act on it. I also like they are very easy to work with on change. Many changes you see come from all of us users.
What do you dislike?
I would not say dislikes ... if they were unwilling to change then it would be dislike. I would like to see better and easier reporting on filtering Apps based on Student or Staff OU. I would also like to see filtering based upon install base .. 10 users vs 100 users also against staff and student. I also would like to see subject matter in email more directed to issue found. All of this will come with maturity of the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We did look at CloudLock and SysCloud prior to choosing Managed Methods.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Benefits .. many! It allows us visibility into content that is 100% outside of us with applications and data.
