Phenomenal tool for my company and clients.
What do you like best?
Mailparser allows me to combine multiple lead sources into a single channel on my CRM or spreadsheets so that I can further analyze them. It's really incredible how Mailparser helps to automate this process and save my company and my clients time.
What do you dislike?
Since Mailparser is based outside of the US (in France, I believe), my automatic billing sometimes gets marked as fraud. It's a simple fix with just a quick call to my bank, but it can get annoying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a bit confusing at times, but stay with it. You should create a different inbox/template for each source (ie. Invoice template from company A; Lead template from company A; Invoice template from company B; Lead template from company B; etc.)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Mailparser allows us to cut out the organizational middle-man. We have leads coming into our email from multiple sources. We set up a template for each source, and Mailparser automatically pulls pertinent data from each lead email. We're then able to automatically send that data to wherever we want via Mailparser's integration options, such as through Zapier.
