What do you like best?
I love how easily it allows on to pull reports and distribute work around the agency. It notifies the user during the work stage and lets you know who's doing what on the system. You're able to trace ALL activity on the system so accountability becomes very simple. Magnetic helps agencies helps manage work better
What do you dislike?
I dislike how Magnetic sometimes goes down and job bags are broken. This delays productivity for us. Sometimes we're unable to locate work for a bit, we think it has saved but hasn't which I find is very inefficient
