What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Support is non existent. You get a support page that refers you to another support page and if your problem isn't there it does not let you get to a real person. Ever. Spent too much time trying to get the serial number to appear on the page where it was supposed to be. Couldn't talk to anyone about why it wasn't there. No follow-up email with that number. Well, in all fairness, no email from them ever. I'd like to give a good review but quite frankly, I've never been able to use the program. I'm computer literate, build computers, and use numerous programs. I've never seen anything like this. Strongly recommend not buying until support issues fixed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No benefits because support is a cyclic group of unhelpful pages.
