M360 is Essential to Our Marketing Efforts
What do you like best?
M360 makes it easy for us to tailor content for our customers. We especially like that we can segment our messaging to ensure that we are reaching customers with content that is relevant and interesting to them. The real-time analytics are also top-notch. Our customer service rep (Lauren G.) is amazing--always available to assist us and brainstorm new campaigns.
What do you dislike?
I think some of the tabs on the dashboard could be more descriptive. Sometime I have to hunt around to find the correct section.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Texting is the most intimate method of marketing and M360 allows us to do so in a responsible way so we aren't inundating our customers with too much or irrelevant content. We launched our first keyword campaign about two months ago supported by onsite signage, eblasts and social media and have had a great response with almost 300 opt-ins to tags that allow us to customize broadcast messages. We have also been able to measure a high # of click-throughs to our website. Plus one of our tenants posted an exclusive offer and received 40 redemptions.
