Advanced user of LytecLytec is a very easy program to use. We have had Lytec as our practice management system for over 13 years and really like the auto payment post service the best. Lytec also works with a third party Auto appointment reminder system that really works well with keeping patient appointments.
Lytec has a few issues we wish were better like linking family appointments and showing family balance totals.
overall a good program with good customer service.
Lytec overall is working for our practice and again I can not state how easy it is to use.
