What do you like best?
Based on Ubuntu, with which I am very familiar and comfortable to use. It has a very user-friendly desktop interface.
It is the only operating system capable of running with a some performance on my old laptop. Very stable system.
What do you dislike?
If you are not an expert, it is very difficult to customize at will.
The installation of third party software makes it difficult to modify the repositories.

Evaluate well from the outset whether this solution exactly meets the company's requirements, as subsequently, the possibilities of adoption are limited.
