What do you like best?
Lucrativ seemed like a very impressive CRM tool, which is why our company wanted to move forward with using their product.
What do you dislike?
Their terrible customer service and execution of closing us on their product was a long and drawn-out process. This took place over the Christmas holiday's and we understood the delay in communication, but once the holidays were over, we were ghosted by their team and every attempt we made to reach out to them had been left on “read,” or gone straight to voicemail. To be honest I think they may have gone under?
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Considering the amount of promises they made with regards to migration and account representative's attention, we're glad this happened before we signed up as its a clear red flag. We do not recommend this company and be prepared to be ghosted if you do.
