What do you like best?
I LOVE that you can publish documents online and share with co-workers easily. I like that it keeps a record of the images you have uploaded in the past and that you can have a library of your brand fonts. I like that you can make and share folders,I like all the instructional videos your company has made to help your customers. I do like that you can download for print and include crop and bleed. I have gone towards uploading previously designed artwork that my co-workers can change to fit their promotional needs and that has worked very well.
What do you dislike?
I'm not too fond of the design features - it is hard to get shapes and spaces to line up in a way that looks professional. I wouldn't call it a design software - but a tool for collaboration and publishing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to have our graphic designer design something and then another team personalize it for promotional materials. We are also able to have multiple people look at documents easier and correct information.,
