It is best to have a local partner help you implement it, because the support team at their home office can be difficult to reach sometimes.
Make sure you have a good local partner. It is a complex application to configure, but it is very powerful once it is set up. My ease of use/setup/admin scores are the way that they are because the system could not be simplified without trading the ability to handle complex retail setups.
