What do you like best?

This software is supremely easy to use and can help with a variety of previously tedious aspects of managing inventory and helps reduce the likelihood of running out of necessary ingredients or products, and it can help chart and predict when the next order would be due, even if it is ahead of schedule based on usage.

What do you dislike?

This has been a great addition to our business, so I don't yet have any concerns or aspects I or my teammates dislike. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I already know this software is not from a big-name company, so I would be curious about return time for solutions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great option and we love LOVE. It has only been an amazing support for our young business so far! I am excited to continue using the options.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a brand new business, we have been able to rely on this software to track our data and predict usage and plan for orders. This would normally take very long for us to complete, and it has freed up time and manpower across the board.
