Loopio is a slick piece of software

What do you like best?

I like the fact you can pull from the library of other people work, then make minor modifications and get the project out the door. No need to recreate the wheel from scratch.

What do you dislike?

It took a little bit to figure it out. It seems to be written for RFP responses, and I use it for SOWs. This means that I need to rework the tool a little bit. We use a different template to do SOWs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you look at all the software automation tools. Loopio worked for our company. It does a great job once you have a library uploaded. If you don't have a lot of content to build RFPs and SOWs from, it won't be very useful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The issue we were solving was getting SOWs out the door faster. Writing SOWs is very time consuming, so if we had a few basic choices for other SOWs like I'm writing, it makes things much more manageable.
