What do you like best?
The Loop & Tie customer service is exemplary. The team is so quick to respond and is always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to ensure that every campaign is executed flawlessly. This gifting experience takes out the guess work in trying to determine addresses - the recipient can follow the SUPER user-friendly UX to select the item of their own choosing and send it to their address without the worry of our storing their personal/home addresses. I absolutely love that the recipient can select an item that they actually may want - and it's not branded. No one needs a million more branded mugs in their home. 11/10 would recommend this platform.
What do you dislike?
Would love to see some more granular analytics based on individual sends. I am sure that this is on their roadmap - but this is the only qualm I'm seeing at this point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has, without question, completely taken the stress out of the direct mail process. It has also eradicated the need to buy thousands of branded products only to be shipped to addresses that we "think" are correct. The world is trending more towards reducing clutter - allow your customers and prospects to pick something they ACTUALLY want and/or need rather than inundating them with "junk mail" or branded stress balls.

Loop & Tie has revolutionized the direct mail space in this new world of "Work from Home". It has also brought a more personalized element to the gifting arena. Enabling recipients to select an item feels so much more sentimental than a random one-off item.
