Advanced user of LogonBoxLogonbox previously known as nervepoint has never failed to disappoint. This new version has not only password self-service, AD management, but also single sign-on. They built on the older nervepoint access manager and filled it out to include more identity management type features. We use the saas version so we simply retired our on-premise server.
Support is very helpful and they keep in touch with you, so for us, it was a no-brainer.
Nothing, it does more than password self-service, we have identity management features and AD management features all in one product.
I would recommend researching all of the features as there is a lot it offers. You need to think about a slow rollout of newer features. I would consider starting with the basics, what your core requirement is, then slowly enable the other features.
We use it for password self service and account management across our active directory and as400, having a high number of password reset and account lock requests hitting helpdesk we needed someway of reducing this. We were also keen on security so were aware of identity theft and wanted to find something that would help reduce the chances for us. We took on logonbox and ended up finding it not only covering these requirements but broaden it by offering single sign-on and AD management all from the same place, without the costly overhead of more dedicated idm solutions or AD management solutions.
