What do you like best?
Sure the idea to make it easy for employees to request and print business cards using their own information on an uploaded template seemed like a good idea to save time and free up addition resources elsewhere.
What do you dislike?
The time we've spent explaining things to those people on how to use and then troubleshooting errors, well it was just easier to order them from the other template printing sites. So we ended up not even using the service at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better to manage it yourself rather than letting others try to do it.
