Software tailored for our needs
What do you like best?
We have been able to use the software to offer a solution for our subscribers that is bespoke to their needs. We have got strong support from the LogicManager team as needed - they have listened to our concerns from a product perspective and responded positively.
What do you dislike?
As we are EU based, the housing of the data in the US means we need to deploy additional data protection tools. The new EU data centre represents as additional cost for our subscribers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use LogicManager for risk and compliance management. The risk version enables our subscribers to track, analyse and report on their own risks, controls and mitigations in line with regulatory requirements. It enables them to produce and maintain a detailed risk register to support their management of their risk portfolio. The compliance offering helps our subscribers to track, analyse and report on their compliance requirements and breaches in line with regulatory requirements. The also enable the production of reports to support managing compliance.
