Little to complicated

What do you like best?

I liked that when I send a quote, the email prompts potential customer to accept quote.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that for some potential customers, they had to download an app to see the quote.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely not pay for it upfront, do a trial run before you buy. That why you can see if you really want all the potential complications I went through.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was solving an issue with my customers responding to quotes, and having comments go along with the quote in a response. They would successfully respond but I had problems recieving the comments.
