The solution to 21st Century Dentistry content.

What do you like best?

I like how it is the single spot where I could safely manage data for past, present, and future reference. We began going digital a few years ago and here was talk about how different it would be. I like how LIveDDM turned out to make this transition easy to use, everyday! Electronic dental records are amazing! It is easy to show patients and clients the digital results of X-rays, reviews of records, and appointments rather than risking loosing paper records, etc. This is the modern way to do it and LiveDDM should be the universal tool you see in most medical industries and their patients!!

What do you dislike?

I dislike how there are many new questions, data, etc that we input into the system which we did not do so before. As a result, we began inputing ALL data into this system which was hard for some to work with. It takes time to work through. Some users in my office began worrying about how their job may become much complicated by needing to learn the usages of LiveDDM. It appears that LiveDDM is difficult to use with the design of it, once the users get passed this mindset they will be able to use it everyday. It takes time to show people how to do away with paper charts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just like other programs I have used in my career, I always recommend to others to take advantage of experts in your office on this tool. It will take you a little while to explore the tools and advantages of this product, but when you have the ability to go live with LiveDDM, it will become your everyday tool that can potentially make your day to day implements much more organized to provide better customer service in the end.

We now have an all inclusive management system to work with.
