What do you like best?

- Cloud based solution which keeps everyone at every level in-the-know.

-- Future proof, easily customization and ultra-redundant Salesforce backend.

- Kept our business alive while COVID-19 shuttered our offices.

- Reports are easy to generate and list views keep everyone knowledgeable about what cases are coming in, from what marketing source and all of the referrals and statuses.

-- We don't use Matters yet.

- Easy to develop on with unlimited extensibility and integrations.

- Support is helpful and most issues are resolved within the same-day as opening a ticket.

- Management and project success manager try their best to resolve as much as possible.

- Overall direction is positive, bugs and support are very on-top of things at Litify.

What do you dislike?

- Migration was nearly impossible using the Litify in-house team and we required a 3rd party contractor.

- Hefty price tag at every license level.

- Requires add-ons to truly unlock the power. Your own CTI, external reporting / data warehousing, text messaging, and document management for e-signing.

- Direction seems to be toward more paid add-on features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Plan your migration well to ensure quickly getting on the platform. You may require an in-house Salesforce admin or trusted 3rd party to help fully get you up and running without issue. Sandbox is a must. Negotiate the best price you can.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Salesforce seasonal updates can break things but you have a heads up and the customer success team gives you adequate warning plus a Sandbox to test it in.

-Amazing dashboards and reporting options. Everything comes full-circle within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- We are about to obtain full lead source attribution. This one's huge and just wasn't possible on Needles.

- More insight spread faster than before with a ton of flexible

- After migrating the intakes and referrals here we are staying on-top of everything that comes in as well as everything that has come in before.
