Superb hands-on client support
What do you like best?
The Listrak team goes above and beyond to provide client support 24/7. There are dedicated team members ready to provide solutions and advice for every function of the platform (ex. Triggers, SMS, GXP, etc). There's also a live-chat feature and support via phone. The level on ongoing support is invaluable as we're constantly in a state of growth and testing. We push the limits when it comes to using the platform to its full potential. The team is always happy to accommodate and work through solutions with us.
What do you dislike?
SMS functionality is lacking. I've used other SMS marketing platforms that are more user-friendly and have more analytic capabilities. The pro of using their SMS platform is that text messages can be used in triggers.

Having CRM under one platform is the greatest benefit. The ability to dive deep into advanced customer audiences and segments allow for endless opportunities to send targeted messaging to customers and prospects alike.
