What do you like best?

This program has an excellent dashboard function that can be viewed quickly. There is also a multi-user collaboration. It is also a priority-based planning tool and is easy to use. More importantly, its email integration is great. Besides it also manages a large amount of information related to projects and tasks.

What do you dislike?

This tool is not very friendly. At the same time tracking the availability of human resources and project management is also disadvantageous. More importantly, its interface is messy and its security/authority needs to be improved. Besides, it is also difficult to see on a tablet and phone.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool allows us to complete tasks and projects faster. We are using the annotation function to communicate. Besides, this tool also provides us with comprehensive visibility, which means that everyone is confident that we are doing the right work at the right time.
