What do you like best?

Methodology. Simply a collaborative way to combine information, and come up with an analysis to better serve our employees. Also since it's essentially a cloud base storage, it's convenient because MSDS, Trainings, and any document is right there at hand.PHENOMENAL SUPPORT and Oh did I mention it's is iOS and Android friendly?!

What do you dislike?

There were a few glitches ran into, Or when a created report doesn't save correctly, however the good far out weighs the bad! I seriously have no complaints other than petty, too be expected, hiccups.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for a way to collaborate all documentation, trainings, data in general for you IIPP or EHSP this is a very user friendly software to do so. It literally can do everything you want it too and all the way to the Analytics ! Highly recommend!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software strengthened us by data information being entered and visualized in a different form to better our understanding of where we can improve and what is being corrected and what is not. Also leaves less room for error because it's Mobile/tablet/iPad friendly software therefore you can document immediately rather than relying on memory or note taking.
