Advanced user of LexisNexis UBI Program DeliveryI like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. It comes in handy when I am trying to find information that may not be available to me at other places. They also assist in getting information from 3rd party vendors for us as well. There are a lot of different search options you can go through and because of this, I was able to investigate my claims in many different ways.
Sometimes the length of time to retrieve a report takes a little too long because they are a third party vendor. There are also a lot of unnecessary clicking on their site, the links could be a little less hard to navigate through.
This was easy for me to find things I could not find on other insurance resources that we had. I was able to look up information I needed in order to solve my claims. I was able to solve a variety of insurance related issues when I had a small amount of information. LexisNexis allowed me to enter this small amount of information in and find out exactly what I was looking for so that I could best assist the customer and bring my claims to a solution.
