What do you like best?

IT provides a full citation to the text and parallel citations which can be key when trying to write legal papers with local citations rules in mind

What do you dislike?

It is helpful but a pain to always have to go through a 3 step process in order to copy the citation to a piece of text. I should be able to copy a citation much more easily rather than having to click two to three times in order to copy the text and the citation and then paste it to a word doc...speaking of, why can't I just use a shortcut to cut and paste??

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps streamline citation process or at least act as a guide ....because we don't want to spend valuable billing hours figuring out how to cite to a text properly
