What do you like best?

The ability to quickly verify if an insured has current coverage and/or a lapse and if the reason for cancellation of coverage for past companies.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the reports are missing key factors or have incorrect information that needs to be verified and reconciled.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to rely on the consumer to provide information that we have to validate.
