Advanced user of LendingPadWhat do you like best?
Effortless to navigate, borrowers that received an application link and secured uploaded love it as well; very easy to understand saves originators a lot of time. Training videos are a PLUS, but one of the best features ... the CHAT! Live Chat to help you out when you need a quick answer ! Talk about service! I use this LOS as an administrator, Loan originator, and processor. It makes my job more efficient and completes tasks faster. Run your credit report and DO with a click of a button, print form and create custom forms, order VOE, and title right from the system.
What do you dislike?
Renaming of files pulled into the system , being able to price our loans with all lenders we are signed up with would be great.Upload files staight from the LOS to other platforms.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Working more efficiently running report's keeping track of all loan originators' progress, we get the job done quicker! We are still learning Lending Pad and looking forward to all the perks of this fantastic LOS. It is my favorite so far, and I have worked with four others. The Lending Pad, in my option, is the best. Looking forward to the processing version of this system.
