What do you like best?

The best thing about the service is that many cases get posted per week. Opportunity to speak to a lot of clients who you know need legal help and have shown an interest. Additionally, you can read about their case and financial situation before ever calling them. This saves a lot of time in the front end and ultimately can save the attorney lots of billable hours.

What do you dislike?

The worst thing about the service is many people think that the service is free so when you quote an attorney's rate they do not want to use you. In addition, many of the clients cannot afford an attorney. Thus, many people that you speak with need an attorney but cannot pay for one.
