What do you like best?

With LearnLinq I enjoy how simple it is for our administration to update and inform us as to what exactly our training, goals and or tasks are for the week and month.

What do you dislike?

It can become somewhat impersonal by quick updates. So though it is efficient and helpful you do lost some of that face to face interaction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a wonderful tool for managing employee schedules and ensuring that everyone is on the same page as far as assignments, work projects and/or events go.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is being used to bring out team all on the same page. It's easy to view as it can be accessed on multiple devices and it helps to see what everyone is schedules to train and/or engage in. This allows for productive discussions on the topic afterwards.
