Authoring tools included in the platform make it easy to create new content and distribute quickly
What do you dislike?
Not intuitive to use as a product, required a lot of training to do what would be considered basic functionality. Page load times were a huge issue when we started out, roughly 30 seconds in between modules. This was brought down to 12 seconds a few weeks back and the latest performance release dropped page load times down to an average of 3.5 seconds. We have the largest course for all LearnDot customers, and understand the issues involved with hosting this, but performance has been a consistent challenge that is slowly being addressed. Our platform is integrated with Salesforce, and their connection is lackluster at best. Requires quite a bit of triggers and APEX code to make their integration useable
