Amazing and consistent platform
What do you like best?
Although I'm a fairly new student and administrator on the platform, I'm enjoying it. The platform is clean, fast, and intuitive. I'm able to search for the content easily. The content is quite relevant, consistent and aligned to market. The labs experience are great too because give us a nealy real hands-on and practice experience. The support staff is very engaged and fast to respond to the tickets. I use it more often as a student and as such, I'm impressed with the ease of content consuming and the content quality. I completed some of the labs related to exams I have already passed and the content fits quite well with the exam asks for candidate.
What do you dislike?
The complaints are very small near the benefits LODS provide. One of the 2 complaints I have is the Help Center decoupled from platform itself. It turns a bit difficult to solve some issues that eventually come up. The other is the documentation about the platform could be more robust.

I recommend LODS for those looking for a great technical stuff delivered by a streamlined platform.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
LODS has helped me to consume technical content in a streamlined and cohesive way. Consequently it has helped me leverage my technical knowledge and studying for technical certifications. And as a MCT, have all that content available helps a lot to build out classes to students. It facilitates the content delivery and interaction with the users.
