It helped me prove ROI to my clients

What do you like best?

I liked how it was able to show web lift and prove to the client that their radio campaign is increasing awareness of their brand and services. I was able to have conversations with clients that I could not have before because we did not have proof.

What do you dislike?

Wasn't able to pull LIVE mentions. If a radio personality wanted to talk about the clients service or if the client sponsored a segment those LIVE reads did not count towards their mentions and web lift. These mentions should count as it is generating business for the client as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When selling radio advertising the main issue with most clients is show me how I am getting a return on my investment. LeadsRx is a program that allowed us to show how their campaign is working for them. Especially when we showed them weeks they were off radio their web visits were down compared to weeks they were on radio. I was able to increase spends and renew campaigns because of the use of this tool.
