Unique system that works well to cross-communicate with other platforms to help achieve the daily work we need to do in the legal field. Can make adjusts custom to what works well for your own practice. Automations allow for streamlined processes with less effort, allowing for an easy user experience and making sure less falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike?
Automations can lead to headaches when things go wrong. Sometimes it can be difficult to track the root of a failed automation, and figuring out how to fix the trigger can challenging.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Less attention can be spent on making sure simple forms are sent out, as well as automatically sending forms to clients after the first phone call. Syncing calendar events is a breeze, and Lawmatics as a whole seems like something has been easy for the team to pick up and learn. More specialization is possible as training/knowledge of the Lawmatics system is completed, and there are a lot of really in-depth possibilities!
