What do you like best?

The best thing about Launchpad has to be the design & functionality, it's really easy to navigate and find your way around the app, to make a search or a post, to record and not to mention how quick it is to find these icons to get the ball rolling, they all are on the dashboard upon signing in, which is straightforward too and secure.

What do you dislike?

Can't fault it had to launch it! or should I say Launchpad it! :)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Well, as many of us are currently working from home because of the pandemic, our organization is still growing 2 x our current scale and that means we are recruiting more and more people to keep up with our growth objectives and to meet stakeholders' needs. This means we have to use an app to demonstrate how our current systems & processes work to inform new employees on how to find their way around and make the best use of time to get things done. This is where launchpad comes in, we can record videos, collaborate with colleagues, measure user performance, welcome comments & improvements from the entire organization all within 1 app, Launchpad. This adds tremendous value to our company and more importantly to each other.
