What do you like best?
I like using Lasso for the segmentation and detail it allows on a customer and community/project level. It allows us to streamline our online leads and marketing efforts into processes easily. Keeps track of customer history. I like how responsive the team is!
What do you dislike?
Not super user friendly - takes getting used to. Email marketing not advanced. Lacks automation in customer journey. Lasso does a great job being responsive to our concerns, but doesn't always have the ability to customize the platform to our needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lasso does a great job listening to your business requirements. It has worked well for our team to have a few Lasso "experts" that are able to help the rest of our team when issues arise. If they have trouble with the platform, they can contact Lasso directly. I like the ability dig into customers data, however a CRM is only as good as the data that is inputted. I dislike how outdated the platform seems, but I do think they are making strides in the right direction. I recommend Lasso for the homebuilder industry and recommend taking a demo with the team!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are currently working with Lasso on some automation abilities. We switched to Lasso's email system because it allowed us to segment our emails better even though the platform is not very advanced.
