Advanced user of KualiteeIntegration with JIRA, very convenient for teams using JIRA as their issue tracker and Kualitee as a baseline test management option, where bugs and issues can be logged here and forth in both tools and teams can work independently on different cycles.
Functions wise, Kualitee is a sought out tool where it is made by testers for testers. So you can feel a good UX design leading your actions along a well-designed test cycle
The mobile SDK and integration with Selenium is a huge plus point, as most automation frameworks around the world are build using Selenium
Nothing so far as my experience goes, it is a good product for a small to the medium-sized test team.

Mostly for a test manager, the problems which require solution are of "Time" and "Resouce Allocation", with Kualitee we can easily assign tasks to teams, get their results, integrate this with our PMO in JIRA and then save the time of going back and forth for updates.
