What do you like best?

It seemed like a good cloud storage. Well organized and clean.

What do you dislike?

I had an issue with my account and support was callous, unhelpful and had no desire to help me resolve my issue.

UPDATE: They did resolve my issue after a time. I wish they had been more helpful from the outset though but glad it was resolved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is definitely a great cloud storage solution. Take the trial and give it a spin. It has some advantages over similar services as listed above.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was needing it to back up websites for clients but due to my issue I can not use it as planned and it is a wasted large purchase.

UPDATE: Good for offsite backups (it has WEBDAV support)

Features I don't need due to other solutions that look nice are:

Syncing with computer folders for offline backup and sync between computers. Online document creation and editing. Syncing and transfering between other cloud services.
