What do you like best?
The staff is always eager to help and are willing to put in the extra mile for their clients. We have been very happy with the products and services Konexus offers. We have requested feature updates and the team has been very accommodating. We were trained very well by the Konexus team and hit the ground running at go live. We have also received excellent support and direction when we aren't able to figure things out. Konexus has a great help library filled with videos and steps for any process in the system. Last but not least, you can't go wrong for the price!
What do you dislike?
There has been change over in the executive level, a few times, which has been difficult for contracts and knowing who to reach out to. COVID-19 has taken a toll on all of us, but Konexus is still working hard to do great work!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Finding a great software vendor can be quite challenging. Here are a few steps I would suggest prior to setting up demos with companies.
1. Write a software feature list (what are the must haves, likes, wants)
2. Write down a list of questions you will ask each vendor.
3. Write down your list of expectations for a vendor.
Present the packet prior to the demo so you can get the best demo for your business. The better the sales rep knows your area the better the demo and you will be able to see what the system can do.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have requested additional functionality on the system and the staff has been very responsive to these requests. The largest benefit is their willingness to make their clients happy with the products and services they offer. The Konexus team is always willing to take suggestions, feature requests, and constructive feedback. They work on making the system better all the time.
