The navigation of the system is similar to other search forms such as Google and Duck Duck Go, and easy to learn.
What do you dislike?
The expense of financing modules you want added. The lack of a 'browse by author/title' feature.

KOHA focuses a lot on multi branch libraries; you may find that useful! If you want a specific feature, you will have to finance this feature, which may come as a surprise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have saved a lot of money by switching to an open source ILS and can better distribute those finances.
